Guest preparation

If Chris invites you, your guest page collects your name, email, business name, introduction, and proposed discussion topics. You may also provide a phone number and website. Chris uses this information to prepare and coordinate your interview. Your submitted preparation form is available in the private host dashboard; it is not automatically published on the public website.

Personal invitation links

Your invitation link gives access to your guest form. Anyone with that link can view and update the information on it. Keep it private and contact Chris if it is shared by mistake. Invitations can be revoked.

Scheduling and listening services

Recording appointments are booked with Calendly. Its booking page collects information under Calendly's privacy practices. The public site also includes Fireside and Spotify players. These providers may receive browser or device information and use cookies when their content loads. Opening our social links takes you to the respective platform.

Website operation

The website and its hosting services process requests needed to deliver pages and protect access. Host sign-in uses ChatGPT. This website does not currently include a separate advertising or audience analytics tracker. Completing a guest preparation form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Corrections and removal requests

You can update your preparation details using your invitation link. For questions, corrections, removal requests, or concerns about an invitation, email nhbusinessshow@gmail.com. Requests involving a published recording will be reviewed separately from changes to a preparation form.
